Saint Pierre is one of Singapore’s most storied fine dining institutions, founded in December 2000 by Belgian-born Chef-Owner Emmanuel Stroobant and his wife Edina Hong. After more than two decades of culinary excellence, the restaurant holds two Michelin stars and is a member of the prestigious Relais & Chateaux association, the only Singapore restaurant with that distinction. Located at One Fullerton with a floor-to-ceiling panorama of the Marina Bay waterfront, Saint Pierre seats an intimate 24 guests, ensuring exceptional levels of service and quality control for every dish. Chef Stroobant’s cuisine is a culmination of his extensive training in Michelin-starred restaurants in Belgium, layered with over two decades of living and cooking in Asia. His signature approach marries the precision and elegance of modern French gastronomy with carefully chosen Asian ingredients and Japanese seafood, all bound by a philosophy of mindfulness, balance, and simplicity. The single tasting menu changes seasonally and showcases premium seafood from around the world, particularly Japan, with each dish prepared using advanced extraction techniques that heighten natural flavours.
