Happy Island Waterworld, now rebranded and operating as Mzansi Happy Island Theme Park, is one of South Africa’s largest and most prominent water parks, located at 106 Lake View Drive in Muldersdrift, Gauteng — approximately 30 km north-west of Johannesburg city centre. Spanning four large properties and set amid a naturally scenic environment, the park features world-class water slides including the Gravity Loop, Rainbow Slide, and Typhoon attractions, alongside what is widely promoted as the biggest wave pool in Africa. Additional facilities include a lazy river, heated massage pools, speed slides, and rubber tube rides catering to a wide range of thrill levels and age groups.
